Our Policies

We'll explain our current business and ordering policies on this page.

Shipping and Handling

As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately get to work on making your handcrafted gift.

We charge these flat rates for shipping and handling:

Standard mail on 3 items or less: $7.00

Standard mail on 4-8 itmes: $10.00

Standard mail on 9 or more items: $15.00

Overnight mail on 3 items or less:$9.00

Overnight mail on 4-8 items:$12.00

Overnight mail on 9 or more items: $17.00

Each item will be wrapped and packaged carefully to insure safe delivery.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. We will then work out a resolution with you.
